Merchant Support Representative –– Operations
Join our team and support our culture of outstanding customer service at HMS. We are looking for highly motivated people to provide telephone, email, web chat, and on-site support services to our customers.  Ideal candidates are willing to learn about the merchant services business to assist our customers with statement analysis, terminal and point-of-sale troubleshooting, payment gateway integration, and general help with their merchant accounts. While experience in payment processing is always a plus, we are happy to train talented, ambitious candidates seeking to grow and learn in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a motivated, friendly applicant to join the Host Merchant Services marketing staff. The Marketing Specialist will assist in the creation of content for the company’s online marketing ventures as well as its print materials. The online content is developed with a focus on improved Search Engine Optimization and the printed material is developed with an eye toward raising brand awareness. While experience in payment processing and marketing is always a plus, we are happy to train talented, ambitious candidates seeking to grow and learn in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Account Executive
We are looking for ambitious people with sales experience or aspirations to join our team.  HMS sells a wide array of payment processing solutions and offers a compelling story to make our services easy to sell.  Entice merchants with great rates that are guaranteed to stay low, no term commitment or termination fees, free equipment and supplies, and outstanding 24x7x365 customer service. Experience in sales is helpful, particularly with merchant services, however we are always willing to train candidates who are a good fit for our culture.  If you are driven, customer service oriented, and comfortable with base-plus-commission pay, HMS could be the ideal place for you.
