In an effort to give our merchants access to comprehensive and detailed information regarding the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), Host Merchant Services provides a link to the complete copy of the legislation (H.R. Bill 3261) for you to download. The bill, proposed on October 26, 2011, contains language that directly affects Payment Network Providers, which are defined in the legislation as being merchant services providers and credit card processing companies like Host Merchant Services.
